Full design, shape and construction supervision

New golf course design and build on a 200 hectare site North of Bangkok for publicly listed company MBK Co LTD (SET). The Golf Course being the centrepiece of a high-end integrated golf course commuter community. Located in a flood prone region, the project design brief called for the site to create 2.5 million cubic metres of fill to raise the surrounding real estate development land 2 metres above original levels. The course plan called for holes to be set in a valley environment as much as 15 metres. below course view development plots. The golf course opened for play in June 2010 and is already considered one of Bangkok’s most commercially successful golf courses.

Residential sales value to date is in excess of 50 million USD and the total 80 hectare development project value is estimated at 300 million USD.
