Full design, shape and construction supervision on selected holes

In 2003 Jon was appointed to conduct a feasibility study with the eventual aim of buying Loch Palm Golf Course and surrounding development land for a Hong Kong based Development Group. The Project was eventually purchased by MBK Co. Ltd., a Bangkok based, SET listed Leisure and Development Company. Jon was hired by MBK to work with Plan Estate, MBK’s in-house architects to assist with a long term phased re-development plan for the Golf Course which would both improve the existing course and optimise the value of Real Estate within the overall Golf Community.

Changes to the course routing to date have resulted in property sales of over 20 million USD and 5 hectares additional development land coming on line.    

Redevelopment of the course and surrounding development land based on our masterplan is ongoing.
