Full design, shape and construction supervision

Following successful completion of 3 new holes on Loch Palm GC our role was expanded to include design work on the new 18 golf course community on land owned by MBK, adjacent to Loch Palm. The new course would be called Red Mountain and together they would become the centrepiece of a 500 hectare master planned gated community.

The role gave us unique insights into the day to day issues involved in planning, budgeting, scheduling and construction of an 18 golf course, together with clubhouse, infrastructure, maintenance facility, pump house and irrigation system from day one to completion. 

Red Mountain was nominated for Best New Course in Asia in 2008 and
voted Best Course in Thailand by a Golf Digest survey in 2015.
